1. Our Best Price Guarantee is only offered at the time of the booking and is not offered after you book and find a better rate on another online site.
2. The lower price is bookable online on another website and is still available when we check.
3. The lower price is for the same villa with same conditions:
   o Exact same villa
   o Same room type
   o Same number of guests
   o Same check-in and check-out dates
   o Is inclusive of all local taxes and service charges in Bali
   o Same cancellation policy
   o Same inclusions as we offer with our rate – example breakfast, airport transfers, massages, chauffeur driver car, etc
   o Advance booking rate, non-refundable rate etc
4. Our prices include all local taxes, no booking fees and no credit card fees. If the competitor’s advertised rates are not inclusive of these fees and charges, then they will be added on when the final rates are compared.

We will be unable to provide Best Price Guarantee if :
