We had a really nice time at villa Capricorn. We travelled together 4 of us so we needed a big villa, and this one suited us pretty well.. The owners were friendly and even let us watch two of they're dogs so we had alittle extra company, hehe. Service was good and we had a great time the month we stayed there in June '11. I would like to the thank Bali Villas Lifestyle for all their assistance in helping me plan and organise my Bali Birthday. A big thanks to Deasy and Dhina along with their very professional team that made the stay in Bali such a great one to remember. I found BVL on Facebook and then their website. The Villa's available seem to be among the best on the island and the photo's really show you what you're getting. Organising dates, the type of villa, location etc was very easy and Deasy really know's all the details to be very helpful if you're not sure of something like the location or what is around the area. Arriving at the airport I was very clearly greeted by a driver, my name on a sign and Deasy and Dhina. The bags were organised and the trip to the villa in the comfort of a new air-conditioned car was made simple and fast. When we arrived at the Villa it was perfect! Just like the photo's that helped me choose it in the first place. The Villa staff were there with welcome drinks and cold towels while we had a full tour of the facilities. Breakfast was cooked daily and the whole villa serviced at a time we wanted daily too. Plus with all the extra's available from fully cooked dinners, BBQ's and entertainment, they had thought of everything to keep me and my friends entertained and pampered for our stay. Security staff made the nights feel safer coming back at some crazy hours and knowing there was somebody to help just outside the door. From somebody who has always stayed in hotels, after this amazing experience I've been converted to the Bali Villas Lifestyle and can't wait to book my next trip. I have been recommending Deasy and Bali Villas Lifestyle team to all my friends and family around the world as a must do on their next trip to Bali. Damian Mackay

Hi, Our stay at Villa West was fabulous to the . The villa itself was so cozy and such a haven for us Singaporeans, having come from a fast paced stressful day to day life, it was such a treat to be welcomed so warmly by your staff. The villa was a heavenly treat as well. Clean, cozy, very conveniently located to amenities yet feels like worlds away. Deasy made sure all our needs were met and Kadek's personal touch truly touched us. We felt right at home. Or shall I say, we were spoilt! From our breakfast that was made to order, to our laundry, to getting my mangoes and salak from the market, to our day-day itinerary, places to go, directory, recommendations, the list goes on. Mbak Kadek is simply, AMAZING. We miss her dearly upon leaving the villa. We hope to return to Villa West again in the near future. Kudos to your staff for their personalised attention given to us, we were spoilt and indeed, a very exclusive vacation we had. Reza was also very helpful and understood our needs and preferences very well. It was very easy for us to communicate with him, because his understanding of our preferences was really good! He also helped to organize our transfers to Ubud and for the early check-in upon arrival to Villa Kunang-kunang. It was swift and fit our itinerary and preferences. He went all out to assist us. My family of 6 (5 adults and one 12 yr old) recently stayed at Villa Bliss and we absolutely loved it! This villa is in an excellent location right next door to Kudeta, has great access to loads of eateries and only 100m from Seminyak Beach. The villa itself was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The pool and garden are lovely, the bedrooms are comfortable and the indoor lounge/dining area is a great retreat from the heat. The staff were fantastic and nothing seemed too much trouble. Hi Deasy. Just like to thank you for the stay we had in villa over the last weekend. The villa was very nice and well furnished - we found it very comfortable. We also like to commend the staff - they were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. However, there are a couple of things you may need to know and hopefully you can correct it for future guests. 2 of the rooms had no hot water - apparently one of the heating elements was not working and this was not fixed during our stay there, which meant that they either showered with cold water or used the only other room (ours, the one with twin beds) with hot water. However, it is not a complaint as such. Just want to let you know so that the experience for your future guests can be better.
