This uniquely designed and decorated three-bedroom villa is located right in the very heart of Seminyak. Iconic restaurants such as Cocoon, La Plancha and Ku De Ta are just a short stroll away, as well as many of Bali’s other fabulous cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and beaches.
But even with all these enticements at your doorstep, you’re unlikely to be easily lured away from the luxury of your cosmopolitan abode. Spend lazy days in the shady sunbed alongside the 9 meter swimming pool, take a seat in the open-sided living room overlooking the tropical garden as you feast on meals, or spend a leisurely evening sipping cocktails at the bar. The comfortable lounge area, which comes with satellite television, DVD, iPod docking station and Bose surround-sound music system, offers delightful respite.
The three bedrooms at Alopa are charming and bright. All situated on the second storey of the villa, they offer overview on the pool and the tropical luxurious garden. The master, with its enormous ensuite dressing, is located directly in the north side of the villa while two more ensuite bedrooms are located on the south side of the villa with views over the garden and pool.
Alopa’s 11 meter swimming pool and neat garden form the centrepiece around which the straight shaped villa is built. On the ground floor is an open-plan kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room, with a lounge at the far end.

Master bedroom
Sliding wood-style glass doors opening to the bedroom, together with a soaring pitched roof, make Villa Alopa’s spacious master bedroom wonderfully light and airy. This romantic air-conditioned room – also cooled with ceiling fan – is furnished with a king-size four-poster bed, equipped with a 42-inch satellite television. The master’s enormous ensuite, is equipped with a spacious dressing room, and a huge bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Guest bedrooms
The villa’s two upper-floor guest bedrooms are accessed via a recycled ironwood staircase. These air-conditioned bedrooms are identical but for their striking individual colour schemes – one blue, one purple – and their unique decor. The two room are furnished with king beds. Both rooms feature a lovely bay window, with built-in seating, overlooking the garden and pool and are equipped. Ensuite bathrooms are fitted with showers.

Living & Dining Areas
Villa Alopa’s kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room are all open to the garden and pool area, creating a wonderfully tropical indoor/outdoor living space. The breakfast bar is the place to perch, day or night: grab a coffee from the coffe machine and chat to the staff as he prepares your bacon and eggs at breakfast time, or pull up a stool and enjoy a icy cold beer or a cocktail at the end of the day. When dinner is served, move across to the lime-washed square dining table.
The TV lounge, which is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped couch and equipped with an iPod dock, Bose surround-sound system, satellite television and DVD.

Staff

Our well trained staff is in the villa to provide high quality service to the guest.

Villa manager: Ibu Agung the experienced villa manager, is in charge for the overall operation of the villa. She leads the staffing team to meet the expectations of guests.

Housekeepers: Two housekeepers attend to daily housekeeping duties and also serve meals. They are also able to cook breakfast on the grocery of the guest.

Gardeners: Two gardeners and one pool attendant are shared between the 3 villas in the complex and maintain the gardens and swimming pool.

Driver: A driver and car (seating up to six passengers) is available to villa guests on request and for extra charge.

Chef: A Chef on site is available to villa guests on request and for extra charge.

Security: two security guards provide 12hr security for the Alopa villa complex, from 8pm to 8am.
