Briana villa is located in the trendy area of Batu Belig. It is a brand new 2 bedroom villa with all the modern facilities. It is only a few minuets walk to either the beach or the trendy cafes and restaurants (including Naughty Nuris) in the next street.

As you walk through the bali style timber gates you will see gardens, lawn area and the swimming pool. The 2 bedrooms located on the right side of main living area and each one is very large with all new luxury furnishings, beds, linen, air conditioners, fans, TV cable and DVD. The en-suites bathroom are also very large and open with a clean modern look. All the furnishings are uniquely blend with modern bali style villa. The beds has top quality King size beds and quality linens which are very comfortable. Each bedroom has large timber and glass sliding doors that look onto the pool area.

The living area is located adjoining the bedrooms and also looks onto the garden and pool area. The living area has a sofa lounge, kitchen and romantic dinning area adjoining the patio area for either outdoor dining or lying in the sun lounges. The kitchen idea is everything easy to reach and has a large island counter that also serves as a bar area. All the furniture and specially painted artwork is new and helps give the villa a warm but modern feeling.
