ELEGANCE is located in the middle of the trendy Seminyak area famous for its boutiques, restaurants and nightlife and only a walk away from the beach. More specifically it’s placed in the vicinity of the well known Ultimo Restaurant on Bali’s most talked about “Eat-Street”.

The 2-storey villa has been created and designed both architecturally and in its interior design by Renato Guillermo de Pola. Every splendid corner carries his name – namely a very artistic, contemporary, modern look with an eye on details; however, its sleekness is complemented by soft and warm colours and tastefully selected furnishings to give that cosy feeling to make you want to stay at home.

Upon entering the villa, the designer office desk catches the eye. Walking on a very unique glass/wood/pebbles-lit floor one arrives in the living and entertainment lounge with ample sofas, chairs and daybeds scattered around the oversized Flat-screen TV and complemented by exceptional lighting, paintings and interior-works by the artist.

The kitchen/bar boasts an oversized Boretti fridge/wine cellar. From the kitchen you can access the garden with a beautiful view on the pool, opposite you will find a designer dining table which accommodates 10 guests where you can dine under the watchful gaze of a serene 2 meter tall stone Buddha.

In the tropical winter garden you will find a truly “one-of-a-kind” glass stairway below a giant chandelier, hanging from a glass pyramid, which leads to the upstairs lounge and 3 bedrooms and their private bathroom.

There is also another uniquely designed lounging area with stunning lighting which opens up to an outside terrace with table, chairs and umbrella for breakfast or sunset cocktails.

Outside, everything is provided for your comfort in the tropical garden, swimming pool 15 x 4 m, sunbeds, dining table and chairs, barbecue, and a great design chillout bed.
