- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made within 21 days of arrival in Low season and in High Season ( Except Period 20 Dec- 08 January ) will charge of 1 night accommodation
- Cancellation made within 30 days of arrival for period 20 Dec-08 January, will charge of 1 night accommodation
- No Show without prior cancellation will be charged 100 % of total due
- Cancellation of Villa booking confirmation in writing
- Cut Off Date :
- Low Season : 21 days prior to arrival date
- High Season : 30 days prior to arrival date
- Peak Season : 45 days prior to arrival date
- Payment
- Villa management accepts any type of payment method such as cash, bank transfer, western union, paypal, Visa and Master card.
- Prepayment at least 3 weeks prior to arrival date
- 50 % of total payment on booking, and full payment upon arrival
- Bank transfer fees will be guest responsibility
- Minimum Stay Requirements
- 2 nights at Low Season ( 09th Jan- 30th May/ 20th Sept- 19th Dec, not including Easter and Chinese New Year)
- 5 nights at High Season (01st June-31st July/ 01st Sept-19th Sept, Easter and Chinese New Year)
- 7 nights at Peak Season (01st Aug-31st Aug/ 20th Dec-08th Jan)

- Losses and Damage
- Any damage and losses of our property during the rental period, will be Guest responsibility, and may be charged to the Guest account
- Villa management is not responsible for any damage or loss to the guest personal items, illness, injuries or accident during their period of stay
- Villa Management is not responsible for failure machine or equipment in the villa, but will do all in his power to solve the problem as soon as possible.
- Insurance
The guest is advised to have travel insurance, for the unlikely event of an illness, accident, loss of personal item and other travel contingencies during the travel or stay in Bali. - Regulation
The customers need to be aware that they are required to comply with local laws and regulations. Copy of passport is required at check-in for police registration and only registered guests can stay in the villa and authorities impose high penalties. No drugs or any illegal activities are permitted on the premises. The guests need to show consideration regarding noise levels and to respect the privacy of other guests and neighbors. Any cost of dealing with police or other authorities is the responsibility of the customer.
