Just a few minutes taxi ride to the beach & all the popular Seminyak destinations such as Seminyak square, Metis, world famous beach-lounges Ku De Ta & Potato Head, with a great selection of boutiques &
restaurants along the way.

The Space

Located in the heart of Seminyak, this brand new 2 bedroom villa is just walking distance to some of Seminyak’s most popular tourist areas, whilst quietly tucked away from the busy hustle & bustle of Bali. Pretty much anything you need is walking distance or a short cab ride from the villa.
The villa consists of two large air conditioned bedrooms each with Cable TV/DVD, Wifi, private bathroom and extremely comfortable hotel style bedding.
The open plan living & dining room overlooks the private swimming pool & garden, with bamboo shutters which can be left open or closed off to suit your needs.
The private pool is equipped with sunbeds and umbrella to lounge & sunbake along with an outdoor shower, and many hours of uninhibited sunlight making it perfect for a relaxing afternoon.

There is fast WiFi access throughout the villa and a wide selection of DVD’s available for guests.
Fresh linen, bath towels, beach/pool towels and soap all provided.
Local cell phone provided for local calls and emergencies.
Fully equipped kitchen and amenities with gas stove, fridge, freezer, rice cooker, toaster, hot water, mineral water dispenser, and ample cookware, tableware, and cutlery.
