Very nice and comfy 3-bedroom holiday villa Karma Cantik is a one of about 50 villas located within premises of Karma Kandara estate that includes private villas and the one of the best boutique-hotels in South Bali, member of “The Leading Small Hotels of the World” chain. The location of the property is occupying a spectacular 90 meters high cliff above the Indian Ocean with a picturesque white sand lagoon at its foot.
Villa is surrounded with bridges, walkways, limestone covered walls and little paths paved through lush tropical gardens connecting 46 extensive private villas, along with the resort’s exceptional facilities. All guests of Bali villa Karma Cantik get complimentary access to: private Karma beach club, gym with a view of the natural river canyon and Three Monkeys kid’s club. “Chakra SPA” and “diMare” restaurant offer memorable pleasure, enjoying the extensive menu of SPA rituals and International chef’s culinary experiences while admiring one of the most dramatic views in the world. Some people say from the birds eye view restaurant and jacuzzi in the SPA, you can see whales in the crystal clear waters of the Indian ocean right in front of your wide open eyes (we haven’t seen yet).
Karma Beach Club presides over a pristine sweep of white sand that meets a tranquil turquoise lagoon. The only access is via the resort’s private elevator, which carries guests up and down 90 meters of sheer limestone cliff. The raised bamboo deck house with a dedicated kitchen, complete with traditional wood-fired pizza oven, and a bar stocked with a good selection of tropical cocktails, chilled wines and champagne and not to forget, ice-cold beer. Guests can lounge on daybeds or in private pavilions. Guests can also enjoy snorkeling or canoing in the lagoon’s water.
Accommodation
Together with the unique resort experience, 3 bedroom villa Karma Cantik with its flowering tropical garden is a perfect place for the best family vacation in Bali. Private 6×4 swimming pool tiled with blue mozaic and decorated with black volcanic lava stone.
Oversized master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet fully encompases the first floor. The bedroom is equiped with a luxury four poster king size bed, bedside bench, working desk and TV. You can open sliding window located in front of an oval bathtub in the bathroom to enjoy bathing with a view and feeling the fresh ocean breeze.
The ground floor comprises of the living room looking to the pool, pool deck and the garden, and the second bedroom beside of the pool deck. This bedroom is equipped with a queen size double bed and an en-suite bathroom with an open-air shower and bathtub.
The third spacious bedroom is located in the lower floor of the villa that can be accessible from the living room either via separate entrance door. The bedroom is equipped with four-poster queen sized bed, sofa with coffee table and en-suite bathroom with an open-air shower and bathtub. Sliding doors look into tiny garden with tropical flowers.
Facilities
Tall French sliding doors facing the swimming pool, make it possible to keep the living room cool or naturaly ventilated. There is an open style, fully equiped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwashing and washing machines. Guests can invite the resort’s chef to enjoy a private dining experience or use kitchen to show their mastership. Kitchen is fully equiped with all the pans and amenities that you need to prepare dinner for your beloved family and friends.
In the spacious living room there is enough space for a comfortable dinner in style, served on a nice wooden table with six armchairs and a very comfortable sofa with coconut wood coffee table. The TV rack is equipped with a 36″ flat screen LCD TV, Sony home cinema system, DVD player and is connected to resort’s cable TV broadcasting with a good selection of International TV channels.

Extra charges:
This is self-catering villa with fully-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, blander, pans and cooking utensils provided). Guests can use resort’s room service and two restaurants for meals arrangements, orders will be charged to the guests’ bill
Private cook and additional staff to clean the kitchen and living room can be arranged on request with additional 75 USD + 10% tax daily fee. Staff working hours are 8:00-20:00. Guests require to provide some money to the staff to buy ingredients for meals and cook will report of the costs (please note villa has no stock of spices of any others ingredients)

Important to know:
All guests are required to follow the hotel regulations set by Karma Kandara. Tenants (guests) are obliged to present a valid credit card for pre-authorization or provide a cash deposit of IDR 1,000,000 upon check-in as a security bond for each villa per night (subject to change based on hotel policy). These funds can be used to pay for food & beverages in di Mare restaurant, Nammos beach club, room service orders and for the spa treatments. The hold on the credit card and/ or balance of cash deposit will be released by the hotel on check-out once all accounts have been settled. This security bond CAN NOT be used to pay for petrol or extra hours usage of the car, payment of which should be given direct to the driver.
