THE BEDROOMS
There are 3 bedrooms with air con at Villa Maxceo.
These bedrooms feature sliding glass doors that open to a nice swimming pool.

The High roof with exposed beams and neutral colored walls provide a relaxing setting.

THE LIVING AREA
The open-plan living and dining room is cooled by ceiling fans and natural breezes.
Traditional Indonesian artifacts are displayed on wall shelves. The living area has 2 big sofas with cushioned pillows. Here you can
enjoy the entertainment provided through LCD flat screen multi channel TV, completed with CD/DVD player and high quality audio system.
A guest toilet is located just off the living area to preserve privacy in the bedrooms.

THE POOL
The tropical garden offers a large private pool (10m x 3m) and a nice ‘Bale’ with wood deck. Here it’s the perfect place to enjoy drinks and
sharing meals with your family or friends.

THE STAFF
The Villa Manager meets and greets guests on arrival, leads the staffing team to meet the expectations of each guest.
One Villa Attendant is responsible for housekeeping duties, prepares and do the service for breakfast.

The Villa Attendant is working every day excepted Sunday and during the main Balinese ceremonies (Nyepi, Galungan and Kuningan…)
One Gardener & One Pool Attendants work discretly in maintaining the landscape and the pool without disturbing the guests.
There is also security at night.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Validity: 1 December 2013 – 31 March 2015
All rates are quoted in USD and minimum 4 nights of stay required
All rates are subject to 10% Government Tax and 5% service charge

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received by in writing.
Without any charge 90 days before the check-in date.
Between 89 days and 45 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value.
Between 45 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value.

Terms of Payment
All enquiries can only be held for three (3) working days without guaranteed deposit.
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received within three (3) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given.
Full payment is required at last upon check in date.
Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the agent/client.
