Low Season $325++ per night

January 9 – June 30 / September 16-December 18 (except Chinese New Year, Easter). Minimum stay requirement 3 nights

High Season $425++ per night

Chinese New Year, Easter, July. Minimum stay requirement 6 nights

Peak Season $485++ per night

Christmas Holiday-December 19 – January 8. Minimum stay requirement 7 nights

A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by the management company within two (2) working days after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the hirer. If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled. If a deposit is not received within this time, it is within the discretion of the owner to cancel the booking.

Final payment is required 65 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 65 days prior to arrival. If the balance payment is not received by the due date, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the hirer’s deposit.

In the case of bookings made 65 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within two (2) working days, or on arrival, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first.

All payment must be made in USD. Payment can be made by bank transfer or Credit Card w/l 3% service charge passed on to the client. Some conditions apply and full details will be given at the time of booking.

Credit Card payment requires the guest to sign an agreement with signature on price and provide a copy of ID and credit card front and back to be given to the bank.

Payment by traveller cheques, other currencies or personal cheques, will not be accepted.

All clients will be asked to sign a waiver of liability and credit card authorization form, which will allow the agency to charge the credit card any charges that clients incur while at the villa

Be aware that security deposits are required for some villas. If required, a deposit will be requested by the villa manager on arrival and will be refunded in full on the day departure, unless damages/repairs need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made less the cost of damage.
