This is undoubtedly the ultimate beachfront residence.  Better equipped than even some of the most luxurious villas on neighbouring Bali, Villa Pantai wants for nothing. Set on 2,200m2 of land, the property offers a total of seven bedrooms (sleeps 18) with ensuite bathrooms in an absolute beachfront setting. All bedrooms offer both ceiling fans and air-conditioning units and are set up to cater to families if needed.Aside from the delightful kids bedroom with three sets of bunk beds, two of the bedrooms can be converted to twin beds and are adjacent to a double bedroom allowing proximity to parents where required. Plenty of wardrobe space and airy bathrooms, all bedrooms also have louvres allowing the sea breeze to be enjoyed by those who don’t want air-conditioning.

The front of the property enjoys prime ocean frontage with private steps leading to the beach.  Comfortable lounging areas to retire with a good book or a gin and tonic enjoy direct ocean views as does the spacious pool and delightful open living area.

The villa cook will prepare both local and western dishes from the designer kitchen and for those who need to keep in touch with the outside world, there are two WiFi areas ensuring fast internet connections at all times (and a small study if you really need to get away from everyone).

Pamper yourself with massages in the villa’s spa area – open air and surrounded by a pretty pond – while the more energetic can build up an appetite in the villa’s very well equipped and fully air-conditioned gym.

In the unlikely event that you may want to venture out of the property, included in your rental rate are the villa’s two automatic scooters, stand up paddle and trainer skis.

The property has it’s own desalination plant with ultra violet filtres meaning that all water within the residence is safely drinkable.  Even the swimming pool has an ultra violet along with it’s salt chlorination.  In addition to mains power, the property also has a generator meaning that you will never run out of power.
