This beautifully decorated two-bedroom villa with pool and air-conditioning is sheer luxury. Your holiday on the ’island of the gods’ will be truly enhanced when you, your family or friends share this magical experience together. A special feature of Villa Putih is that you if you arrive in a larger group, you can have the adjoining Villa Warna Warni if you requiring more room.
Situated in Jalan Plawa Seminyak Bali you are in close proximity to Bintang Supermarket, many quality restaurants such as SIP, Queens Tandoor, money changers such as BMC, fashion outlets such as Betty Bu, Biasa and a few more minutes walk or a ride to the Legian beachfront.
The living room in Villa Putih is like a page from an interiors magazine. Open with a high roof that showcases a glass chandelier and ceiling fans, the use of contrasting colors of grey and white, and the use of different textures has been used most effectively used to create a luxurious feel. The rectangular wood and metal-legged table provides seating for eight, with 4 chairs and a long wooden bench, this seating overseas the pool area.
Fours single metal and leather chairs face one another across a white rectangular coffee table. Between the chairs area glass and metal coffee tables for ease of use, to place that book, cup of tea or coffee upon. At the top end of this composition is a three-seater settee, with contrasting cushions and on the floor a grey rug to add a little warmth to the tiled floor.
At the top end of this space overlooking the tropical garden and small pond is another table with five chairs. A large overhanging metal lamp adds extra lighting to the area at night. On either side of the table, are decorative ornaments to add to the ambience of the room.
The galley style kitchen opens up onto the living space and has a bar counter with three bar stools, two in white and one red facing the preparation space behind.
The kitchen itself is compact and has everything that one requires to meet the needs of guests staying in the villa. In one recessed corner a stainless steel sink and on the opposite recessed side a hot plate with spice racks on either side of the wall, making it easy for the chef to enhance the flavors of the food being prepared. Glass cabinets contrast with wooden drawers and stainless steel handles and white marble to add that up-market feel. A small wet kitchen with washing machine leads into the adjoining villa if required.
There are two air-conditioned bedrooms in Villa Putih. One comes off the kitchen area and is compact with muted grey and white colors that contrast against the wooden cabinet and modernist painting above on the wall.
A world time clock sits on the wall above the bed and two small windows covered with blinds add natural light. On either side of the bed are bedside tables with bedside lamps for adding light to the room at night.
Off the living area is the main bedroom. You could be entering a French hotel as you gaze upon the silver, grey and white color scheme used within this room. You really need to see this space to truly appreciate its romantic feel.
Soft sheer white curtains have been draped around the room to add a soft romantic touch and different sized candlesticks are strategically placed on either side of the bed. Chandelier bedside lamps dangle from the ceiling over the bedside tables and at the end of the bed a long rectangular stool faces a cabinet with TV. Behind the sheer white curtains that drape from the wall is a door that leads into a wardrobe. Here there is ample room to hang or fold your clothing.
Another door leads to the bathroom and you feel like you have entered a Japanese garden. Bamboo wall, water fountain, low lying shrubs and a stone pagoda all enhance the space with the centre piece a large, grey circular terrazzo bathtub. White terrazzo vanity, glass and stainless steel are shown in different parts of the bathroom on the vanity and within the shower space. This truly is an amazing area to enjoy the outdoors coming in.
Leading off the kitchen area is a dedicated TV room for those that wish to see that newly bought DVD or watch a game. A large daybed is recessed into the wall with comfortable mattress and cushions to allow you to sprawl out. This daybed can also double as an additional bed and has drawers at the bottom for extra storage space. A TV, DVD and sound system sit on a white cabinet.
On entering the villa the first thing one sees is a small Balinese temple and on the other side a large grey stone Buddha, against a backdrop of white palimanan stone watching over the glistening turquoise waters of the pool.
The color of the pool contrasts well with the white tiled pathway leading to a beautiful, white cushioned Bale. Sheer white curtains enclose the Bale adding that romantic feel to the space. A stunning wall stone carving attached to the wall and earth colors of bamboo and woods are showcased also against the tropical foliage. On the opposite side of the pool are two sun lounges if requiring more direct sun. Once more wall stone carvings add a cultural element to the space.
Why not treat yourself to that special experience when staying at Villa Putih. Your holiday will be truly something to remember when you stay in this luxury accommodation and you and your family or friends will keep talking about it long after you have returned back home.
