THE ROOMS

The rooms consist of four beautifully decorated, air-conditioned, ensuite bedrooms, a poolside dining room, spacious elevated living pavilion, cozy ground floor lounge, modern fully equipped kitchen, study and gym. All rooms overlook the pool and garden and offer complete privacy and luxury in Seminyak.

BEDROOMS

Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom, mini bar, flat screen TV, DVD player and safe deposit box. The master bedroom comes complete with Jacuzzi and both indoor and outdoor shower options. All rooms overlook the pool and garden and offer complete privacy.

LIVING PAVILION

A spacious, open, elevated lounge complete with a bougainvillea garden terrace overlooking the swimming pool and frangipani trees. It is a perfect setting for pre or post dinner drinks or just chilling out at any time of the day. A sound system and selection of music is available. Although the air movement in this room is excellent, ceiling fans are also fitted. This is the owner’s favorite room.

GROUND FLOOR LOUNGE

A cozy open sided lounge adjacent to the pool and gardens. Try one of our specialty coffees in the morning whilst listening to the birds singing.

STUDY ROOM

An air-conditioned retreat adjacent to, and which can be accessed from, the master bedroom. It contains a discreetly placed large TV and sound system, if required.

GYM & SWIMMING POOL

The gym and private swimming pool will help to keep you in shape in spite of the delicious ‘in villa’ dining. The gym, which contains a treadmill, cross trainer, free weights, adjustable bench and stretching mats, opens up on two sides to colourful tropical flower gardens. The swimming pool forms the center piece of the villa.
