Villa Simpatico is situated in the heart of Seminyak. It’s close to Bali’s best restaurants, supermarket and art shops, only minutes away, and the closest Seminyak beaches, either double six beach or gado-gado beach, can be reached in a ten minute walk.

Modern in style, Villa Simpatico offers it’s guests a connection to the Indonesian culture with glass sliding doors that open up to a 25m pool and large outside space.

Villa Simpatico has 6 bedroom, configures 2 master bedrooms and 4 king guest rooms, the master bedrooms with super king size beds are spacious and stylishly furnished with a sofa and built-in wardrobes providing ample storage and hanging space. Their beautiful en suite bathrooms are a fine example of contemporary Asian design with enormous mirrors, twin white washbasins, a bath tub and a large walk-in rain shower.

Our 4 king guest rooms with king size beds feature en-suite bathrooms with large walk-in rain showers. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a personal safety deposit box, a TV and DVD player with individual satellite TV.

Complete with a kitchen area, large dining space and entertainment room, this villa offers comfort and style. Ideal for functions the villa encourages it’s guests to create their own memories and experience the heart of bali. With it’s large dining table that easily seats 20+ guests and chefs and babysitters readily available, options are unlimited.

Fully staffed with friendly local employees, guests enjoy daily choice of breakfast and airport pick up and transfer.

* Per bedroom booking; Suites which are not booked will not be accessible and book able to other bookings. All other villa’ facilities, including swimming pool, kitchen, staff services, etc., will be fully available for per bedroom bookings.

Check-In and Check-Out:
CHECK-IN TIME: after or by 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: before or by 12:00 NOON

• Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day. Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS

Accommodation rates is per night, per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

• Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
• Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
• Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
• Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay
• In-villa daily breakfast, maximum 2 breakfast per room
• WiFi Internet access – usage at costumer’s account – personal laptop is required
• Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order – in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa.

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guests’ account.

*) Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
