Villa Umah Abah has been handed and started over by The Abah. Umah Abah is a private 2 units of 3 bedroom villa located in the heart of Seminyak on Pangkung Sari street, just a few minutes to Seminyak beaches, night life venue, chic boutique and popular restaurant.
Umah Abah interior blend of Betawinese, tropical and modern style surrounding with paddy fields create homey and peace ambience. An ideal place to stay while exploring the wonderful island of Bali.
The Villa
In each Umah Abah has 3 bedrooms, natural stones private swimmingpool (11 x 4m), built on 400 m2 land with a small nice tropical garden and Balinese style bale or gazebo. Each villa located just next to the other each with private villa entrance.

- Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
- Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day. Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low Season: 2-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS
Accommodation rates is per night, per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:
- Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
- Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
- Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
- Shopping groceries for in-villa lunch and dinner arrangement
- In-villa daily breakfast (maximum 2 breakfast per room)
- WiFi broadband Internet access from your own villa – usage charge – personal laptop with broadband enable is required
Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by order – in house menu or menu order selection is available at the villa

**) Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
